In The Blood gives an intimate insight into The Cunningham home and hearts and how they are protecting and passing on the ancient and authentic steps and styles of Sean Nós Dancing to the next Generation.
Traditional music has been part of Inishbofin culture for centuries. The Inishbofin Ceili Band was formed in the earlier part of the 1980’s. The band plays the local hostelries for the duration of the summer and they carry out some touring throughout the winter months.

Over the Summer months Monty and Reuben also enjoy some of the regattas, festivals and culture that west Ireland has to offer. In the process they learn that the legends surrounding the warmth of the Irish welcome and the the deep traditions of Irish hertiage are very much alive and kicking in Connemara.
Born and raised in Clifden in the heart of Connemara, Michael Carey has been singing and playing for the last twenty years in local pubs. More recently, his music has taken him onto the international stage, thrilling audiences in the USA and all over Europe. This album is a selection of the ballads he grew up singing and some more contemporary songs.

Traditional Irish fiddle-playing sisters, Liz and Yvonne Kane, are from Letterfrack, Connemara, Co. Galway. They released their third album ‘Side by Side’ in July 2010. Liz and Yvonne Kane, known as The Kane Sisters, are much respected musicians and educators. Born in Letterfrack, they were educated in Kylemore Abbey School. They were taught music by their grandfather, local fiddle player, Jimmy Mullen and Mary Finn, a Co.Sligo musician and teacher.
